Confused about the floating point number question

Question 2 in this quiz shows that 12.0 is not a floating point number while 13 is. This does not seem correct to me as earlier in the data types section it is explained that a floating point is a data type that stores a number which contains a decimal.

Can somebody explain this question to me?

Thanks!

Yes, the answer here should be 13.
