How did the solution determine the number of active connection per minute?

Let’s also assume that we will have one million active connections per minute.

How was this “one million” active connections per minute determined?

Is this purely an assumption? or is there a calculation behind this?

If we take the given DAU divided minutes (100 M /(24 hours * 60 minutes)), we would actually get average connections ~69444 connections per minutes. Please correct me if I am wrong.

It is purely an assumption here and there is no calculation for DAU in this example.
