Issues in downloading Tesseract on windows

I down loaded tesseract using the link above but I am unable get anything when I run the command tesseract -von command prompt, can you please let me know how I can fix this?

Kindly confirm these two things.

  1. You have used the same architecture as your system i.e. 32bit or 64bit?
    Open the Control Panel. Go to System & Security. Click the ‘View amount of RAM and Processor speed’ option . The option System Type mentions your hardware and operating system architecture.
  2. You have installed tesseract in a new empty folder with admin rights?
    Right click on downloaded file and choose open as administrator choose a fresh folder while installing.
