You have to claim the certificate from the course homepage or lesson viewer, if your certificate is still locked, you have not spent enough time or still has to pass the assessment.

I had the same issue with a java course DO NOT BUY THE CERTIFICATES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY CERTIFICATES THEY ARE JUST STEELING OUR MONEY.
