Not trying to be perfect but sum is confusing because in earlier problem statement sum was used as an actual sum
But here it should be count1
and count2
instead of sum1
and sum2
.

Yes, they can be count1 and count2, but we use sum1 and sum2 for better understanding as in the problem we are considering the sum of every subset i.e. the highest sum with the lowest number of items in the subset. You can use any you like.
