Should I share the concrete number of the compensation from a competitive offer to the other recruiter?
Or I just should say something like this “I have an offer from other company which is higher. Is it possible for you to offer more?”

I think it might be better to share the number saying something like “I have a competing offer that will pay me $X, but I think this job will be a better fit.” And then you can ask them to raise their offer to match X. But this comes down to how you come across to the recruiter. Try to seem genuine in your preference for the current company, but indicate firmly that the current compensation is not enough.
