If user visits twitter twice a day and visits 5 other pages, then it will be 10 total pages visited. With each page showing 20 tweets. Total tweet view should be 40B/day, right?

The estimation says, the user visits their timeline twice a day and also visits 5 other pages (like Barack Obama’s page etc). This sums up to 7 page views per day, hence the calculation:
200M DAU * ((2 + 5) * 20 tweets) => 200M * (7 * 20 tweets) => 28B/day
