How is step : “Systems API” dependent on step : “Capacity Estimation and Constraints”?
If it is not dependent, then what should be the correct order of these steps?
Hmmmm, What I think about this is that when you do Capacity Estimation and Constraints first you understand what kind of communication channel would be better for your solution, maybe some REST API maybe P2P or something else.
