Why “Photo” table has the below four values for Latitude and Longitude. What is purpose here? Can we not just store PhotoLatitude and PhotoLongitude?

I think what they mean by those 4 fields is, Photo can be taken in one place, and photo will have that metadata, and user can upload that photo from somewhere else.
They can use that to do some other analytics.
