I found that It is required to run the WSL2 in the background. And for that reason resources are maintained by windows rather than we needed to set the cpu and RAM as instructed in gist docker-scale.sh (github.com)
Open Docker Preferences, select the Advanced tab, set CPUs to 2, and Memory to 3.0
Although it can be updated
