Does this bracket example count as a balanced case?
This sequence of brackets would not count as balanced. Right off the bat, we can see that the closing brackets are more in number than the opening brackets preceding them. Hence, some of these closing brackets are not balanced.
Similarly, the opening brackets near the end do not have closing brackets to balance them.
