It seems that there is some issue with your zip file that you pulled from github. I just checked the instructions we have provided to create a repository from this lesson and they are working fine. Your repository should look like this. And when this repo is pulled from github using the instructions from the next lesson, the pulled zipfile should work fine.
I would request you to follow the instructions we have provided in our lessons and your issue will be resolved.
