I want to get back money due to auto renew subscription

My apologies for forgetting to cancel my annual subscription. As soon as I saw my credit card minus money, it was too late to rollback my money. Can I get my money back since I do not intend to learn on Educative next time?
I would appreciate it if you could process it for me.
