I would like to thank you for your efforts. It seems that the title is totally inconsistent with the content. The content is focusing on how caching can boost the application speed while the title is referring to deployment cost. This has nothing to do with deployment costs as users do not have their activity running while deploying an application to the cloud. So, I think a better name should be used because it gives me and others the feeling that caching is reducing the deployment costs while its impact is on the application performance.
