My Highlighted text not showing when I am revisiting the pages

I am highliting the text while going through it but when i am going back to page it is not showing my highlighted text.The Saved Notes → current lesson section showing blank on Chrome browser but when i changed the browser to Safari it is showing my highlights also the Saved Notes → current lesson has my highlights.

It is just happening randomly with any page.However currently I am reading Learn HTML and seeing issue on multiple subpages
