My version of JS Code shows tests output correctly, yet shows tests failed

Hello,

canVote() JS function needed to be solved. I wrote my version which I verified in chrome browser console, it works fine. In your tests, the expected output and actual output matches, yet my tests show failed.
Please suggest if I am missing something.
