This lesson has explained all the details regarding how we can store one bit of data in memory by using a circuit, called a latch, that remembers or stores the previous input unless it is reset. I also explained creating such a circuit in many different ways i.e. S-R latch, Gated S-R latch and D latch. It has also explained about storing 1 byte or 8 bits of data by combining eight D latches together.
