Subscription Refund

I forgot to cancel my subscription, it’s just one day after the automatic subscription renewal. Can you please cancel my subscription and give me a refund. Thanks

Please email us your invoice# at sypport@educative.io. You can find the invoice# in the order confirmation email you received, or access it from your transactions in your account.

I attempted to email the address you provided and it returned

" Your message wasn’t delivered to sypport@educative.io because the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail."

Thieves, I just wanted to trial and got my money! I find difficult to get it refund! I just wanted the trial period and they got my money from my credit card, even if I cancel three days before the trial period expires!
