  1. “Open connections consume resources”, Could I have some insights on where are these resources being used? and how much memory one connection usually cost to keep alive?
  2. how server side maintain connection then? I mean if browser set ttl to forever, server will not really keep a connnection forever right?
  3. is ttl a header in request or response, how we developer change it?
